It is non-magnetic, easily moldable, and possesses a high recycling value. Consequently, aluminum alloy is an ideal material for lightweight design in battery packs.

The battery aluminum tray primarily employs 3-series and 6-series aluminum alloys, with the 6061 grade being the most widely used. The 6061 aluminum alloy plate, an Al-Mg-Si alloy, is characterized by its light weight, low melting point, corrosion resistance, and ease of processing. Its overall strength satisfies the load-bearing requirements for batteries.

OES utilizes the principle of atomic emission spectroscopy to excite the surface of metal materials, producing light of specific wavelengths. By measuring the intensity of this light, the content of various elements in the material can be determined. This method can analyze multiple elements simultaneously and has the advantages of fast speed and high accuracy. Ensure consistency in product quality during production control and avoid quality issues caused by ingredient fluctuations. In addition, by analyzing the waste materials in the production process, the production process can be optimized and costs can be reduced.
